Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Strut: Review & Swatch
I wanted to do a quick product review today on an item I picked up recently: Benefit's Creaseless Cream Shadow in the color Strut. This shadow is a dark grey color with a definite blue tone to it.
These shadows retail for $19 and can be purchased wherever Benefit Cosmetics are sold. Some popular retailers of Benefit Cosmetics are Macy's, Sephora, and Ulta, as well as BenefitCosmetics.com.
This isn't the first cream shadow by Benefit that I've owned; I picked up the shade Skinny Jeans a few months back. I am usually very skeptical when it comes to cream shadows, because it seems that aside from the MAC Paint Pots, they crease. However, this product lives up to it's name and remains crease-free throughout the day. I feel that they are very comparable to the MAC Paint Pots, except Benefit has a much wider range of colors in their collection.
I think this shadow would work as an excellent base to any dark smokey grey/blue/black look. It is extremely pigmented and goes on very smooth.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
