1.) Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour blushes: These are new and exclusive to Sephora, and not joking, I have looked at them on the website every single day for the last week, debating whether or not to buy a few. I love the packaging and imprinting on the blush, and have heard only good things about the colors, which are beautiful! I've been looking for some good swatches of the full line and am yet to find any, and I don't live near a Sephora. If you have used these, please let me know what you think! I want the 4 lighter colors (left side of photo): Dollface, Blissful, Tipsy, and Amused. At $25 a piece though, I'm just not sure yet!

2.) Benefit Bella Bamba blush: This product has gotten a lot of hype lately, and though I haven't seen it in person yet, I think I would really like it from the swatches and photos/videos I've seen of it. I love the packaging of the Benefit boxed powders, however I do wish the lid still came off completely.

3.) Stila Kajal eye pencils: Kim Kardashian claims that this is her favorite eyeliner, and after seeing MakeupByTiffanyD use one in a video back in December, I'm after the colors Onyx, Tigers Eye, and Sapphire!

4.) NYX powder blushes: I have been curious about NYX blushes for so long now and have heard so many good things about them. Unfortunately the Ulta I usually go to doesn't carry the entire NYX line (no blush) so I have never gotten to see them in person. I'm really tempted to order a few off of CherryCulture.com. Have you tried any NYX blushes? Which colors are your favorite?

5.) Pier 1 Imports Hayworth Lingerie Chest and Vanity: I have been eyeing these pieces of furniture for close to 2 years now. I would love to have the lingerie chest to store my makeup in after seeing MakeupByTiffanyD's storage in it, and the vanity is just gorgeous. I've always wanted a vanity (I use my computer desk as a study desk/vanity right now), and I love mirrored furniture. I'm always afraid they are going to discontinue this line, but it's a little too expensive for my current college budget. Maybe I'll just save up for one piece at a time, and since I am moving into my own apartment this summer, I will finally have room for a new piece of nice furniture! Until then, droooool.

Well those are my current beauty wishes! What are yours?
xx, Allison
I've been desperately wanting the Aquolina Pink Sugar. I got a sample with my last Sephora order and oh my goodness gracious, it's delicious. I can't decide if I want the roller ball or the spray though!
ReplyDeleteI'm also eyeing Benefit Bad Gal Lash, and maybe a pair of Tweezerman's tweezers.
Love this post idea!

hey allison! i just wanted to say that if you are trying out a stila eyeliner, i would recommend the smudge stick. it is amazing! it is soo creamy and it stays on the waterline very well, about 3-4 hrs. its awesome!
ReplyDeleteUrban Decay NAKED Palette!!!
ReplyDeleteMAC Lipstick in Plumful
The vanity and the lingerie chest are soo pretty! Makes me wanna get them too..
ReplyDeleteahh ever since i saw tiffanyd's storage video i have been wanting those pieces too. but since they're mirrored and get dirty easily, they'll probably drive me nuts. and i do definitely recommend the stila kajal liners, although i prefer mufe aqua eyes.
ReplyDeleteI found a Stila set at Costco that has the Oynx kajal eyeliner and the whole set cost $13.
ReplyDeleteLove this post! It's so fun to see what kind of beauty items other bloggers are eyeing on :)
ReplyDeleteFor me, I really want to try out some Georgio Armani lipsticks! Heard alot of good reviews about them and I need to find an alternative for my all-time favorite lipstick since it has been discontinued and it is on the verge of being completely used up :(
I love nyx blushes! Make sure to check out swatches before ordering I love cherry culture but whoooo are they off haha
ReplyDeleteFrom NYX powder blushes I would recommend pinky, peach and taupey, those are the ones that I have and they are so nice, also try out their cream blushes.
ReplyDeleteGeorgio Armani face fabric foundation, Mac e/s mythology, Josie Maran Eye love you too palette....
ReplyDeleteThe NYX blushes are very nice, especially for the price! I would recommend Angel, it's my go to color now for when I'm doing a stronger eye and want just a hint of color on my cheeks. I've heard that Peach is also very nice, but it's always out when I'm at the store, so I've yet to actually try it myself.
ReplyDeleteTarte is my favorite makeup brand and I absolutely love their new blushes. I tried Natural Beauty which is a strawberry red and I loved it. They're really pigmented and the color lasts for hours. Definitely apply with a light hand. $25 is a great price seeing as how the product will last a long time since you only have to apply very little.

ReplyDeleteOooo I've been eyeing those Tarte blushes also. Guess i'll wait to see which ones you pick up, since I always end up loving your choices. haha
ReplyDeleteThe NYX blushes are AMAZING! I have several, but for my fair skin my favorites are angel, pinky, and peach. So gorgeous and blendable.
I've been meaning to do a wishlist post! I, too, want to try the Amazonian Clay products and Stila liners. I love the mirrored furniture as well, but I can't afford it on my budget either.
ReplyDeletei really want to try the paintpot in bare study to put under nakedlunch eyeshadow:)
ReplyDeleteI have Stila kajal liner in onyx and I hate it....it bleeds and also give raccoon eyes :(...it was a total waste of money, at least for me.
ReplyDeleteI swatched the Bella Bamba blush in Ulta the other day, and I was pretty impressed because I'm not a blush girl. But I can't imagine spending $28 on a blush...Haircare, yes. Blush, no. :)
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to find the Urban Decay Naked Palette online somewhere that won't charge me a fortune for shipping, and then I'm also looking for a maroon, dark apple red coloured blush. Oh and I want to pick up a few cheap nail polishes from a random drugstore brand that is sold where I live - they're surprisingly good quality!
ReplyDeleteI love NYX Powder Blushes! My fav color is in Mauve...pretty and understated. A good everyday blush.
ReplyDeleteI'm after the Say Yes to Tomatoes Moisturizer...it's hard to come by around where I live. :( I love the cleanser, so I'm hoping to try the other products too!
Hi Allison, NYX blushes are really amazing! On my light skin I love Angel, Peach, Natural, Chocolate Mousse, Pinky, Mauve, Dusty Rose, Silky Rose, Spice, Raisin AND: try Pinched, its such a beautiful pinky rose NYX blush that comes with glow (no glitter or shimmer, just a beautiful golden glow, looks like you put a highlighter over your blush...).
ReplyDeleteI really want more Revlon Colorburts lip sticks and I really want to try the Revlon Super Lustrous Lip glosses, a MAC creme blush, benetint, and more paint pots!
ReplyDeleteI really want to try Origins VitaZing Moisturizer! From what TiffanyD says, it looks awesome!
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard anything about the Tarte blushes, but I have Bella Bamba and LOVE IT! Nyx blushes are pretty good, I just got some a few weeks ago. I also love the stila kajal liner!! These are such great picks!
ReplyDeleteI also have the dresser and jewelry armoire from the hayworth collection! I'd love to get the matching vanity as well. The armoire is pretty nice but it can be annoying to have to open the doors in order to get the drawers all the time!
Love the mirrored furniture! As for the tarte blushes, I was uber excited about them. But when I went to my Sephora and tested them out, I thought the colors would be too vibrant to wear. Usually that happens a lot, but it seemed almost difficult/time consuming to blend in to a natural color. I may be wrong, didn't try on my cheeks, was too afraid too, haha. I would def try one ON before buying a bunch <3 :)
ReplyDeleteThat vanity looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteTarte is fast becoming one of my favorite beauty brands. I saw their new amazonian clay blushes at Sephora the other night and they are pretty gorgeous. I was able to swatch them and they are pretty pigmented even the lighter shades. I think I liked amused and natural beauty. Oh, and Bella Bamba is a pretty pink shade with light golden shimmer.
ReplyDeleteMy beauty wishlist are: the Tarte blushes, Urban Decay Cheek Tint, Stila paint pot, Buxom Smoky Eye Stick in 5" Stiletto and Brass Knuckles!
nyx powder blushes are really good- i have pinky and pinched. we're the same skintone and they'd look nice on you. they're soft and pigmented, easy to blend. they wear pretty well, i dont have a problem much and i have oily skin. they seem like blushes you'd need to own, really. they can be sheer or buildable :)
ReplyDeleteI am thinking about the Too Faced Romantic eye palette, one of those new urban decay palettes comming out the dangerous fun and femine palettes. Also I've been wanting a peachy blush but i'm not sure from where, or if it would look good on my skintone. Hm.
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to try the Stila liners, but I always come up with an excuse not to. However, the sapphire one looks SO pretty---and I like the gel liner as well!
ReplyDeletelove these:)
