The first items I picked out are the new Glow All The Way face and body luminzers. These come in two shades: Doll Face (pink) and Glamazon Bronze (bronze gold). I thought these would be really pretty face highlighters.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Hard Candy face primer. I've never used any face primers before, but have been curious lately, so I thought this may be a good one to start with!

Hard Candy recently released a new stick blush called Hide and Glow Duo Cheek Tints. These come in three different shades: Pillow Talk, In Love, and Hot Date.

Last, but not least, is a concealer that has gotten a lot of buzz lately, called Glamoflauge. This is marketed as a heavy duty concealer to cover "everything from dark circles and blemishes to tattoos". We'll see how this works.
Is there anything in particular you would like to see a review for from this haul?

I have been wanting to try that primer! I just cant find it locally. I just broke out form smashbox photofinish primer in light and I didnt like the MUFE one. Please do a review on the primer it may be worth paying shipping for it online. THanks!

ReplyDeleteThe primer is AMAZING. I've tried a lot of primers and it has the best consistency of any I've tried. It's so silky smooth. Also, it did NOT break me out and I have extremely acne prone skin. It's quickly becoming my holy grail primer. I haven't tried the glamoflage concealer yet, but it's on my list! I'd love to see you review everything, but especially the cheek stains! They look interesting!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE the Doll Face Glow All the Way. I put it on my cheeks before foundation (it has a pretty silicone-y feel) and I can put on my most matte foundation and still look like I have a healthy, natural glow.

ReplyDeleteGlow All the Way in Doll Face is one of my HG products of my entire collection. I love it so much that I even have a backup! I'm anxious to see reviews on the concealer and cheek tints. Also, next trip that you plan on buying a few more things from Hard Candy, I def recommend their tinted moisturizer. I've been using it for 2-3 weeks and love it more than any other I've ever tried!

ReplyDeleteI purchased one of the cheek tints and was a little dissapointed in the color payoff. i think that the NYC creme blushes have a better color payoff. I would love to know about the face primer as i don't use one and never have!

ReplyDeletemy walmart selection of hard candy is almost always empty. ive heard great things about hard candy but im disappointed i cant buy any, besides the glamoflague, its very thick and covers well. i would love to hear your opinions on the other products...just in case they magically become stocked one day im there.

ReplyDeleteCheek Tint: I have the one "In Love" and I like it a lot, its very creamy, not too much or too little pigment, and easy to blend into your skin. ALTHOUGH, If you're like me and fall asleep in class when your cheek against your arm, it can rub off onto your sleeve/arm.
Primer: The primer is nice, but make sure you don't use too much, a little goes a long way with it. But once you do use it I find my foundation just glides on effortlessly, and I really like it.
Concealer: A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I don't like the pencil that came with it, i find it kind of useless and unnecessary since you have the tube of the stuff.
