Today's Nail of the Day is the first Zoya polish I've featured on this blog! It's Edyta, a complex, dark green/black/blue/gold/grey microshimmer combination that is hard to explain and even harder to photograph. If I had to choose a general color category to put this in, I would generalize it as a dark green, but it is so much more than that. One coat is almost completely opaque, but I did two just to be thorough. It really is a pretty color, but I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it. Definitely not on the favorites list yet.
Would you wear it?
xx, Allison

its pretty but I feel like I like it better in the bottle than on nails. I have never tried Zoya polishes! Where can you find them?
ReplyDeleteI think it's too dark, but maybe it's good in life! :)
ReplyDeleteYou can find them at ULTA or Zoya.com.
ReplyDeleteI think she got this one for free when Zoya had a promo code to get 3 free nail polishes.
I also took advantage of that awesome deal.
Allison, it looks much better inside the bottle.
If you have the black shadder by OPI please take a photo of it :)
thanks.
I love it, but not for every day. For the weekends, perfect! :)
ReplyDeleteOh man! Edyta sounded so promising in the description and bottle...
ReplyDeleteit's pretty but I'm still trying to make up my mind on the whole green nails thing. I know lots of people love it but I've just never found that perfect green, you know?

I like the color a lot!
ReplyDeleteDon't like it at at all. It was a major disappoint for me.
ReplyDelete@Holly I agree. It looks better/prettier in the bottle.
ReplyDeleteThe color in the bottle looks like Chanel "black pearl" but not so much on the nails
ReplyDeleteit looks really pretty and unique :)
ReplyDeleteA very original colour. I've never seen anything like it before
ReplyDeleteYES I WOULD WEAR IT
