Nail of the Day: Revlon Catty

I went to the drugstore yesterday to pick out a greeting card, and somehow got lost in the makeup section (surprise!). I saw a display of new Revlon polishes, and really loved this color, Catty. I would describe this as a sandy taupe color. I feel like it has a light taupe base with a dash of gold shimmer thrown into it, and it has a very "gritty" appearance on the nails.

I'm a big fan of Revlon polishes, and this one is no exception. It applied extremely easily, and I think the shade is beautiful. Most of the display at my store was sold out, but I'm curious as to what the rest of the collection looked like!

  10. My favorite drugstore nail polish is Revlon too! They apply so nicely and have pretty colors. Also, they're also very affordable and come out with great dupes for more expensive nail polishes!

    That color is gorgeous! I saw the display for this Revlon collection, and wanted several of the colors. They all looked so pretty! I actually spotted this at my Rite Aid last week, when it was still full and took some pictures of it.   11. Have you tried Revlon 'Carbonite'? It's meant to be a dupe for Chanel's 'Graphite'... I can't get hold of it over here in Australia but hear it's easy enough to get in the States :)

  17. My favourite drugstore polish is Revlon as well! It comes out with beautiful colours, applies so well and rarely chips. It's also so affordable! Love this colour, it suits you so well Allison :)

  20. A girl can't have too much sparkle! Thank goodness we don't have to call gold buyers and have gold melted to create this perfect polish.
