The first thing I noticed upon using this serum is the color... it looks like honey mustard (yum!). It also has a very unique smell! Every day when I apply it I try to figure out what the smell is, but just can't put my finger on it. It's almost spicy. Very unusual. I'm not insanely fond of it, but it isn't horrible either.
Another thing I noticed right away is that this serum is very thick in consistency, especially considering it is called a serum. This is thicker than most eye creams I have tried! It takes a little getting used to, but I feel like the extra thickness actually makes it a bit more moisturizing. You just want to be careful not to apply too much, or it won't all absorb into the skin!
Overall, I'm quite pleased with this product. The only real downside I found to it was the price, $72 for a .5 oz bottle. Eye creams often run around this price in general, so I don't think it is outrageous, but it is still a spendy product. If you are someone who battles dark circles or is looking for more natural skin care options, I would definitely check it out! You can purchase this product on Naturopathica's website!
What is your favorite eye cream?
