Nail of the Day: OPI Nicki Minaj "Pink Friday"

I stumbled across the new OPI Nicki Minaj collection the other day. The store was having a 2 for $12 OPI sale, so I decided to pick up a few of the new polishes to NOTD here for you guys! The shade in this post is Pink Friday, a classic Nicki Minaj-esque light candy pink. This is extremely opaque for a light pink polish (similar to OPI Mod About You, and was really thick when applying. I applied two coats, but probably could have gotten away with just one. As you can see on my middle finger, I did have a little bubbling occur because the formulation was so thick. Regardless, I really like the color! I don't usually go for such "plastic-pink" shades, but I'm quite fond of this one.

  1. Yeah...I ended up with the entire collection. I wanted the bar glitter and the purple shatter. While the brights just called to me I planned to only pick up the blue (and maybe the pink) and I wasn't impressed with the glitter (now I like it). An amazon seller had a good deal on the set plus free shipping, so I decided just to pick them all up. My name is Kim I'm a nail polish junkie.
