The featured quad in this post is Addictive, a neutral brown, mostly matte quad. It features satin highlight and lid shades, a semi-frosty golden taupe, and a matte warm brown. The color selection of this quad is perfect for the business professional, student, or anyone who likes sticking to neutral shades with minimal sheen.

As expected, these colors swatch beautifully. They have high pigmentation and last all day (I've been layering them over the new Maybelline Color Tattoo eyeshadow in Tough as Taupe for a cool matte brown look).

The back of the quad features a diagram with suggestions for where to place the different colors. I like that the actual size of the quad is small/slim enough that you could easily keep this in a travel makeup bag as the perfect on-the-go color selection!

Overall, I'm absolutely thrilled with this purchase. The colors wear extremely well and the price was certainly right: I found these for $7.50 at Rite Aid, but at BOGO 50% off, I saved a bunch buying several at a time! Next time I cross one of these displays, I may even pick up a few more quads, as I am so pleased with them. Expect more posts on more quads from this release!
Have you tried these?
xx, Allison

I used the tester for one shadow quad (forget the name, had a seafoam green in it), and it wasn't great. Maybe they are hit or miss? Yours looks great.
ReplyDeleteDid you pickup some of the new Revlon face kit things too? They have a cheek color, highlight, and contour. I've seen them in four shades: Neutral, Pink, Peach, and Berry or something? Anyway, I'm asking because I'm not going to buy it until I hear about them first haha.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried any products by Revlon, but that will change soon. The quality of these eyeshadows look really good.
ReplyDeleteCan you please do a tutorial with this and the Maybelline Colour Tattoo cream eyeshadows? I bought one of these in Precious witch has some really pretty sliver and cranberry colours but they are not super pigmented and once blent out they just leave a sheer wash of shimmer! Maybe I will get this one because you seem to like it! :) Great post! I love your videos! <3
ReplyDeleteSo sad that Revlon is not available here in Sweden =(
ReplyDeleteI LOVE YOUR BLOG! although all the reviews you do makes me spend money on makeup, I don't care! NEVER STOP POSTING BLOGS! they are so helpful. I just picked up the Maybelline Color Tattoos after your review and saw these at Target too, but I didn't buy it hoping you would review it, and LOOK! Now you posted the review. So mad I didn't pick it up! Love you Allison!
