NYX blushes come in their signature black packaging, and I love the quilted design in the powder.
I would say Peach is best suited for fair to light-medium complexions. This is definitely one of the lighter shades in my collection, and I think it may look a little ashy/chalky on deeper complexions. If you are someone with a very fair skin tone and have trouble finding lighter blushes, you may like this one!
The formulation of this is nicely pigmented and blends really well. The powder consistency feels quite buttery to the touch. This has about average wear on my normal-to-dry skin. I would say I get about 8 hours before this one really starts to fade. If you are looking for an especially long wearing blush, I would check out the Tarte Amazonian Clay line!
When I first saw this blush, I thought it may be similar to MAC Pinch O'Peach. In reality, the two are very different from each other. Pinch O'Peach has a cooler tone and is darker, Peach is much lighter and warmer.
MAC Pinch O'Peach, NYX Peach
Overall, if you are looking for a new blush in an affordable price range, I think this is a great addition to any collection. The formulation/wear isn't anything new or exciting, but the color is beautiful and is definitely flattering on the right complexions. These blushes retail for $5.99 and can be purchased at Ulta right now for BOGO 50% off! :)
Have you ever tried NYX blushes?
xx, Allison
