One thing I love about Benefit Boxed Powders is the packaging. This product is cased in a cardboard box with a removable lid (however these days, the newer powders have an attached flip lid!). I think the packaging is unique and definitely stands out in my blush drawer full of black plastic casing. Also, each powder comes with a little brush. These brushes are definitely better quality than the typical plastic brushes you will get with products, but I still much prefer an actual blush brush for application.
CORALista is a coral toned powder with a gold shimmer to it. It is one of those corals that is compatible with virtually any skin undertone, and works really well on fair to medium complexions.
The pigmentation of CORALista is really nice, and like other Benefit powders, it blends and wears well. My only complaint with the formulation of Benefit powders is that they can be a little powdery sometimes. It doesn't show on my skin, but when I swirl my brush in the box, there is usually a little loose powder left down in there.
CORALista retails for $28 and contains .28 oz/8g of product. The weight per dollar ratio is very similar to MAC blushes, so while it seems a bit more expensive than similar brands, you are getting a bit more product too. You can purchase this wherever Benefit cosmetics are sold!
Overall, I really recommend this blush if you are looking for a good all-around staple. I don't think I've ever heard someone give this a thumbs down, and I have to agree it is pretty amazing. This is also one of those colors I would feel pretty safe buying for a friend as a gift... it is very versatile on fair to medium complexions!
