"Take center stage with this bold burst of floral energy that seduces and mesmerizes from across the room."
To begin, I love the packaging of this (as I usually do with Benefit products). I've never owned any of their fragrances, but I love the little flip-out box this comes in, along with the artsy gold bottle. For some reason the gold color and shape of this bottle reminds me of something I would find in the Cave of Wonders in Aladdin. Am I right?! Hands off, Abu!
When I first smelled this, I was particularly surprised by how much I liked the scent. I'm not good at recognizing exact notes in a fragrance, but upon looking them up, I found the following:
Top notes: orange flower absolute, apricot, pink freesia
Middle notes: ylang ylang, tiare flower, white peony, jasmine sambac
Base notes: crystal amber, liquid musk, vanilla
Ahh, that explains it! I LOVE florals with a bit of musk to them. Good job, Benefit!
See & Be Seen Sasha contains 30ml/1.0 fl oz and retails for $36.
For my first Benefit fragrance experience, I'm really happy with this! The scent is nice and it wears well on my skin: not too strong, not too weak. I'm sometimes a bit hesitant when companies that are mostly makeup-based have fragrances too, but this is a nice one.
Have you ever tried any of Benefit's fragrances?
