I'm pretty picky when it comes to daily hair conditioners, so I thought I would share one with you today that I've really grown to love over the past couple of months. The John Frieda Frizz-Ease Smooth Start Conditioner has become a staple in my shower, and for the price, it's pretty hard to beat!
My hair texture is fine and thick, and I gravitate toward extra moisturizing conditioners because they keep my ends from getting too dry and splitting. I have very little damage to my hair, and I attribute this to minimal heat styling, regular trims, not washing every day, and thick daily conditioners. I find that it can be challenging to find really thick conditioners in the drugstore (everything always seems watered down), but this conditioner is extra creamy and really nourishing. Yet, it doesn't leave a greasy residue!
I'm already on my second tube of this after a couple of months, and for the ~$6 price tag it is a fantastic find. In case you are wondering, my other go-to favorite conditioners are the Biolage Hydratherapie Conditioning Balm and the Moroccan Oil regular conditioner (both are at least $20 a bottle). The John Frieda conditioner is slightly less thick than the other two, but I find it works very similarly.
Overall, I highly recommend this! Haven't tried the shampoo from this line yet, but that is next on the list after I run out of my jumbo Bed Head liter in roughly... 10 years. John Frieda products can be found in most drugstores and places like Target!
