Today's featured product is another new release from the Revlon Escapism Summer 2012 Collection. The new Photoready bronzer in Bronzed & Chic features four different matte bronzing shades in one compact, with a coral reef imprint in the powder.

NARS 413 BLKR Eyeshadow: Swatch & Review!
I'm a sucker for anything with limited edition packaging, so when I saw NARS release their exclusive 413 BLKR Collection online a few months ago, I lusted. I resisted for a while, telling myself I didn't need anything, but eventually cracked for the featured eyeshadow, 413 BLKR.

Maybelline Coral Blossom Blush: Review & Swatch!
Today's featured product is another new drugstore product, Maybelline's blush in Coral Blossom. This product initially caught my eye because of the rose design in it... I think it is adorable and very springy!

New Revlon Escapism Collection: Photoready Cream Blushes!
I was in Rite Aid recently and spotted Revlon's new Summer 2012 collection: Escapism (display photo at bottom of post!). This release features all new products, including three blushes in a brand new, cream formulation. Being the blush addict I am, I nearly peed my pants in excitement. Upon spotting the BOGO 50% Off sign, I frantically snatched all three colors (okay, it wasn't quite that dramatic, but still).

Maybelline Spring 2012: Highlighters
Today's featured products are the new highlighters in Maybelline's Spring 2012 collection. These caught my eye because of the size and packaging: they are about the same size as the MAC Mineralize Skinfinishes, but a fraction of the price!
Two colors are available in the collection: a light gold and light pink.
These powders have a wave design through them, which I think is really pretty! I love when companies put designs in their powders.
As for the quality, I would say these are pretty decent. The pigmentation was good, but not overly so... this is one of those powders that will leave a subtle highlight, not a strong frosty one. These also aren't as smooth as other powders I've used, but they aren't gritty either.
Overall, I would give them an "average" rating on all counts. They are nice products to have, but if you are really particular about your highlighting powders, they may not have the smoothness and pigmentation you desire! I found these for $8-9 at my Rite Aid, but got them on a BOGO 50% Off sale! If you look around, you should be able to get a discount on them somewhere.
What is your favorite product to highlight with?

MAC Tres Cheek Collection: Review & Swatches!
I feel that for the last 6+ months, MAC has been slacking in the blush department. It seems collections either lack blushes, or are packed with mineralize stuff (which usually isn't my favorite). Therefore, when I saw MAC was releasing a collection entirely of regularly packaged, normal colored blushes, the addict in me basically went psycho.
Maybelline Spring 2012: Bronzer in Enchanting Sunlight
Today's featured product is from Maybelline's Spring 2012 launch. Their new line of products features bronzers, highlighter, blushes, nail polish, and more... it's huge! The bronzer caught my eye (along with a few other things), so I decided to give it a whirl.

Nail of the Day: Revlon Buttercup
Attention blogging world: I HAVE A NEW FAVORITE SPRING NAIL POLISH! Meet Revlon's latest Colorstay nail polish formulation in Buttercup: a pastel, beautiful yellow that is-- wait for it-- OPAQUE. I have been waiting for years now to find a light yellow polish that doesn't require six coats and isn't extremely streaky, and I've finally found it.

Beauty Box: The Look Bag!
I wanted to share a beauty box service with you all, called The Look Bag. Lately I've felt like all of the beauty box subscriptions popping up everywhere are the same, but this one caught my eye because it offers products from natural and specialty brands. I know some of you are really cautious about ingredients and chemicals in your makeup, and thought you may be interested in this!

Nail of the Day: China Glaze Hook and Line
Today's Nail of the Day is another polish from the China Glaze Hunger Games collection, called Hook and Line. This is a frosty grey with a hint of brown that is right up my alley. I love neutral polishes in the grey/taupe family because they go with everything but are different from a nude. The formulation of this was really great, only two coats needed!

Monday Questionnaire: April 2nd, 2012
Hi everyone! I've really missed blogging regularly lately, so this month I'm going to try to do more of it. First step, a Monday Questionnaire! :)
A photo from a little project I've been working on... I love the way it turned out!
